From developing a logo design, campaign slogan/tag line, and messaging, to procuring known and respected spokesmen (including Orioles hall of fame legend, Brooks Robinson, and Baltimore Ravens defensive end and NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year, Calais Campbell), Caine Communications managed every aspect of the campaign, while communicating and collaborating with key team members from the County.
